Enterosgel

What is Enterosgel

Enterosgel — intestinal adsorbent (enterosorbent) in the form of a gel for oral administration.

The preparation has a porous structure of an organosilicon matrix (molecular sponge) of a hydrophobic nature, which has a sorption effect increasing towards medium molecular weight toxic substances. Due to this, the gel has pronounced sorption and detoxification properties: in the lumen of the gastrointestinal tract, it binds on its surface and then removes from the body bacterial toxins, viruses, bile toxins. At the same time, does not affect its motor function and safe for intestinal microflora.

The preparation does not absorb in the gastrointestinal tract and is excreted by defecation within 12 hours after administration.
